Khalsa Tech Acquired by Alarm Capital Alliance

 

November 24, 2014, Long Grove, IL — Alarm Capital Alliance (ACA) has purchased the assets of Khalsa Tech in Santa Fe, NM. Jason Grelle, VP of ACA stated that, "The accounts are a good fit and will be merged into our base of operations in Santa Fe." The owner of Khalsa Tech, Guru Jai Khalsa will remain with the company to service the accounts.

Steve Rubin, Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group assisted Khalsa Tech in the sale of these accounts.
