Professional Consulting & Design Acquired by Security Equipment Co., Inc

January 2, 2014, Long Grove, IL — Ken Roberts, President of Security Equipment Co. Inc. in McMinnville, TN. recently purchased the assets of Professional Security Consulting & Design in Knoxville, TN. This purchase adds several hundred accounts to SEC's base in Eastern TN. Most of the employees at Professional Security will remain with the company.

Assisting Professional Security in the sale was Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
