Hartman Electronics Acquired by ASG

September 11, 2013, Long Grove, IL — Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group has announced the successful completion of another transaction in Louisiana. ASG Security, headquartered in Beltsville, Maryland, acquired the assets of Hartman Electronics of Metairie, Louisiana. The former owner of Hartman Electronics, Mike Hartman, is Nicet, Level 4 certified and will remain with the company.

Ralph Masino, CFO of ASG Security, said of the acquisition, "This is a quality account base for our Louisiana operations, and Mike's expertise will be a great addition to our Louisiana team."

Steve Rubin, DMAG, represented the seller, Hartman Electronics in the transaction.
