CTS Protective Services Acquired by Safe Streets USA

November 1, 2012, Long Grove, IL — Safe Streets USA of Elmwood Park, NJ, has purchased the assets of CTS Protective Services of Rossville GA. Safe Streets is one of the largest Authorized ADT Dealers in the country and CTS was one of the top ten Authorized ADT Dealers in the country. The fit was perfect. Todd Herman, CEO of Safe Streets, stated that, “CTS has a strong customer service and call center operation which make for a desirable add-on to our business.”

Steve Rubin, Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group, assisted the seller, Chris Sullivan of CTS in the sale of his business.
