Long Grove, IL, May 18, 2012 — Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group (DMAG) is pleased to announce the closing of a recent transaction among Loss Prevention Experts and JMS Alarms, both located in Albany, NY, and Doyle Security and Integration Systems, Rochester, NY. The transaction for Doyle was handled by Jim Quirin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

John Doyle, President and CEO of Doyle Security, says the agreement will benefit their new customers in the Albany region. "This merger allows us to expand our footprint in upstate New York and will bring extensive value to our customers."

LPE executives, Ed Stano, Steve and Lois Kaufman, emphasized that the transaction will enhance and increase the security services provided to their customer base. Mike Stewart, president of JMS, agreed that the merger of th02e three companies ultimately will expand the opportunities for not only their loyal customers but also for their employees who will be joining the extensive, experienced and motivated team at Doyle Security.

Mr. Quirin said that the merger adds yet another branch office to Doyle's already extensive presence in the state of New York.

Ron Davis and Katie Bally of DMAG worked with Harvey Ketcher, Profitability Consultants, Inc. of Buffalo, NY to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion.
