Eagle Security Acquired by Engineered Protection Systems

Long Grove, IL, March 22, 2012 — Michigan based Engineered Protection Systems (EPS) has completed the purchase of Eagle Security Systems of Grand Rapids, MI. "This purchase solidifies our stronghold in the Western part of Michigan," said EPS Vice President, Jim Zweedyk.

Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group represented the seller in this transaction. "We could not have done it without you," complimented Mike Carrier of Eagle Secuity after the deal was completed.
