Custom System Technologies sells accounts to Protection 1

Long Grove, IL, January 24, 2012 — Protection 1 has acquired the accounts of Custom System Technologies, Inc. (CST) based in Indio, California. CST sought a buyer that would provide outstanding customer service and a wide range of services to their existing customers. Bryan and April Cochran, the owners of CST, will stay for a short period of time to assist with a smooth transition for their customers and then look forward to pursuing other interests.

The transaction was handled by Liz Neufeld and Dan Bresingham of Protection 1, and Ron Davis and Dorsie Mosher of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Inc., who represented the seller.
