ASG Acquires Encompass Security

Long Grove IL, April 9, 2010 —  ASG, Dallas, Texas has acquired Encompass Security out of Southlake, Texas.  Encompass brings 500 accounts and a dozen employees to ASG.  All will join ASG’s Dallas team.  Ray Gilley, the former owner, will stay on for a short time and then will go on to pursue other interests.

Encompass is an integration company that does video installations and access control.

The transaction was handled by Ralph Masino, CFO of ASG and Dorsie Mosher, Senior Partner of the Davis Marketing Group, who represented the seller.
