Dorsie Mosher, Katie Bally promoted to Senior Partners at DMG

Long Grove, IL, February 7, 2009 — At its recent semi-annual staff retreat, Ron Davis, managing partner, announced the promotion of Dorsie Mosher and Katie Bally to the position of Senior Partner.

Mr. Mosher has had a long-term relationship with Davis Marketing Group (DMG), and has worked with Mr. Davis for many years in one capacity or another.  He is well known in the alarm industry and highly respected for his management and sales skills.  His current responsibility is to manage DMG’s Acquisition Transactions.  He is based in Jefferson City, MO.  Mosher and Davis will focus their time on transaction management to ensure the most experienced assistance to DMG clients.

Katie Bally, along with her husband, Don, sold their successful alarm company in 2002.  She joined DMG the following year and has been an integral part of the company’s growth.  In her new position, she will be the company’s interface with national and regional associations, as well as assume responsibility for initial contact and administration for DMG’s growing list of clients and potential clients. She will continue to work out of her office in Madison, WI.

In addition, Mr. Davis named Bruce Amrine, Steve Berniklau and Beverly Davis as Partners in the group. Mr. Amrine is the former owner of an alarm company that was sold by DMG several years ago. Located in Ann Arbor, MI., he will be responsible for electronic marketing, communications and transaction processing. Mr. Berniklau will focus on generating transactions among alarm companies with less than $25,000 RMR. Mr. Berniklau is based in Albuquerque, NM. Ms. Davis will continue as head of administration for the company and will provides administrative support for the group.
